Austin of Selby Family plumbing visited our home today for a gas fireplace not working. He clearly explained the problem and the charges up front. He continued to keep us in the loop the entire visit of his progress. Within a short time our fireplace was up and running! He also took time to give us quotes of changing to a tankless hot water heater, compared other plumbers who were in and out the door, he went over every detail and took time to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend Sally Family Plumbing. They have earned our trust. Being new to the area we are fortunate to have found them. They went above and beyond in their work on our new construction. It required a creative solution to get plumbing and hot water to the building. In addition we had an emergency broken frozen pipe situation that occurred in our second story. It was a potential catastrophe. We called in a panic and they came that very evening to help us head this off at the pass. They will be our plumbing company from her on out. Consider them for your plumbing needs.

I wont name them, but the first company I called came out, gave a ridiculous quote and was told that the part wouldnt be available for two days after the day they gave the estimate. Then, thankfully, I called Selby Family Plumbing, and they were AMAZING start to finish. Their quote came in over $1000 less than the first companies estimate, they inspected my problem, sourced the correct part, and completed the entire job all in a half days work. The person I spoke with about the appointment was Dean, my plumbers name was Austin, and if I could give both of them as well as the whole company 6 stars I would. Call these guys for your plumbing needs. Dont even waste time elsewhere. I couldnt be happier!! Customer for life now!

We needed our garbage disposal replaced. After a disastrous service call from another company, We called Selby Family Plumbing on Tuesday, they had an opening that day, however we were not. We had a choice of buying the new disposal or have them purchase it. We did. They were here first thing this morning. Jerimiah was very professional, & knowledgeable . We were very satisfied with the outcome and his services. We already have scheduled him for another task. Definitely will use again.

We had quite a few plumbing mysteries in our 90 year old, but newly renovated home, including increasing sewer smells. Jeremiah & John thoroughly explored the property top to bottom. They found some other issues that were't up to code AND the solution to the sewer smells! We are very pleased with how they listened to our problems, took the time to investigate, and quickly came up with solutions. We highly recommend SFP!

Selby Family Plumbing was very professional to deal with. Austin was the Technician who came out to assess the existing plumbing and how we do things more efficiently with the water treatment system and existing hot water heater. Austin was very knowledgeable and professional and found that one of the pipes was missing a cap which would have resulted in a major leak had they not checked the water lines. Very happy with my experience with them.

Im extremely impressed with the promptness and quality of work from Selby Family Plumbing. I had a shower that had been slowly deteriorating over the course of a year, and they came in, diagnosed the issue, completed the repair, cut a clean new access panel behind it, and left everything spotless all in about three hours. The plumbers were kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and the workmanship was excellent. Its clear they take pride in doing things the right way. Beautiful work and highly recommended.

I called and got an appt that morning (!) for what I thought was trouble with our water pump but turned out to be a leak behind the washer. Bryan and Steven called when promised, showed up exactly when they said they would, diagnosed the problem and got the materials necessary for the fix, fixed the leak and then cleaned up after themselves. Called for whole house replumb, Austin show up looked around said itll be no problem. I scheduled 2 weeks later. The crew came out, got to work. Everything got done. They did it all. Really paid attention to the details. When I say everything I mean everything. New hoses to ice maker, and washer. When they were done they did a walk through n made sure they didnt miss anything. Dean and his team are absolute professionals with great personalities. They dug up my sewer line and replaced my old clay pipes with new pipes after hacking an obscene amount of roots that were causing my drains to back up. Austin, Steven, Jeremiah and Dean were all here neck deep in dirt and they were diligent, patient, answering all my questions and concerns. Ky the excavator and his partner were terrific as well they removed a fence gate, dug with machine and shovels to avoid my water line and cleaned up with extra care for my property. This is my third time using Selby Family Plumbing over the last 18 months or so and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fair prices, quality work and outstanding customer service. My Park Model was delivered on Thursday. The Sewar line was broke in transit. Called Dean on Friday, he came out shortly thereafter and assessed the situation. Fixed the broken pipe and hooked into the septic system within a few hours. Highly recommend.

Jeremiah and Brian came out, checked everything and found no leaks. They did recommend moving our shut off valve and washer valves in the near future. Service was great. True professional. No issues with the service. Pricingmore than twice what was expecting to install a utility sink that I purchased. I was thinking for less than 20 feet of plumbing materials including the drain pipe, I was not expecting a bill of over $1,100 bill. While the quality was great, Ill definitely get pricing quotes next time. New to the area.maybe this is normal rates here. Ill know after getting additional quotes next time.
