Dean and his team are absolute professionals with great personalities. They dug up my sewer line and replaced my old clay pipes with new pipes after hacking an obscene amount of roots that were causing my drains to back up. Austin, Steven, Jeremiah and Dean were all here neck deep in dirt and they were diligent, patient, answering all my questions and concerns. Ky the excavator and his partner were terrific as well they removed a fence gate, dug with machine and shovels to avoid my water line and cleaned up with extra care for my property. This is my third time using Selby Family Plumbing over the last 18 months or so and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fair prices, quality work and outstanding customer service. I would rate them a 10 if I could. They are truly worthy of your business, as they set a standard above the competition and treat customers like family.

My Park Model was delivered on Thursday. The Sewar line was broke in transit. Called Dean on Friday, he came out shortly thereafter and assessed the situation. Fixed the broken pipe and hooked into the septic system within a few hours. Highly recommend.

We were told by a neighbor that our toilet had a leak causing water in their bathroom. We called Selby Family Plumbing based on google reviews and were so glad we did!! Jeremiah and Brian came out, checked everything and found no leaks. They did recommend moving our shut off valve and washer valves in the near future. We will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Jeremiah arrived in the scheduled window, he even called me to give me an ETA. Once he arrived, I explained what the issue was and he went right to work. Service was great. True professional. No issues with the service. Pricingmore than twice what was expecting to install a utility sink that I purchased. I was thinking for less than 20 feet of plumbing materials including the drain pipe, I was not expecting a bill of over $1,100 bill. While the quality was great, Ill definitely get pricing quotes next time. New to the area.maybe this is normal rates here. Ill know after getting additional quotes next time.

Could not more highly recommend Selby Family Plumbing! We are finishing our basement and needed all of the plumbing completed, including rough in. When I called to discuss the project, Dean was scheduled to come give me a quote within days. After receiving estimates from several local competitors, I decided to go with Selby Family Plumbing. Not only did they save me several thousand dollars but also they were ready to begin work as soon as I gave the ok, whereas many of the larger companies had several weeks to a month lead time. Austin and Jeremiah came out to complete the work and had it finished in a few days time. What a friendly and knowledgable team! I love that this is a small, family owned business as well. I will be using Selby Family Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs without doubt.

This is the second opportunity to recognize Selby Family Plumbing for a job well done. Dean Selby today repaired my PVC irrigation water connections which were leaking. Dean recommended a plan to replace PVC water shut off valve and PVC fitting used for blowing out system for winterizing. The work was done professionally,, competently and well done. He also flushed out my hot water tank today as well. At completion, I was pleasantly surprised when Dean told me that my bill was $200 less than quoted as it took less time. This, to me, speaks loudly of the integrity and honestly that is written on their vans. I am extremely pleased with the service that Selby Family Plumbing has provided twice at our home and I highly recommend them!

It is refreshing to know there are still small, family-owned businesses out there. These businesses typically value their customers and understand the importance of customer service. This holds true for Selby Family Plumbing. I had a toilet that was close to overflowing (plunging wasnt working), and I called a large company where I have a service contract. I waited for over an hour for a call back and when that didnt happen, I reached out to Selby Family Plumbing. Dean returned my call nearly right away, and after determining this wasnt an emergency, he said he could come by first thing the next morning (on a Sunday). I immediately received a confirmation text and the next morning, received a text indicating he was on his way. Dean was able to assess and fix the problem, and conveyed in laymans terms the cause of the problem. He also took the time to explain what he did with my husband, and he quickly pulled together cost estimates for follow-on work. I highly recommend him to service your plumbing needs and I certainly will be recommending him to our neighbors.

Had odd intermittent sound coming from gas cooktop when turning on burners Dean checked everything thoroughly and assured there was no gas leak. We'll keep an eye on it, but we know it's safe.
